The Wyoming Professional Assistance Program collaborates with employers by providing consultation and training to promote a supportive work environment and facilitate early intervention for employees facing substance use issues and mental health challenges. Additionally, WPAP partners with licensing boards and healthcare systems by advocating for the well-being of professionals within the healthcare setting and providing recovery accountability through our comprehensive monitoring program.

We are happy to coordinate with employers and healthcare systems to provide educational outreach focusing on mental health challenges and substance use issues.

How You Can Help

How to Refer

All referrals to WPAP are completely confidential. WPAP will not disclose information to any outside entity without a signed release. When you reach out to WPAP, you will be scheduled for a CONFIDENTIAL conversation with our clinical director and/or executive director. Together we will determine how WPAP can best help your employee or licensee. These services can include intervention assistance, additional evaluations, life-coaching, referrals, screenings and/or monitoring.

Educational Programing

The Wyoming Professional Assistance Program extends its partnership to employers and healthcare systems by offering educational presentations tailored to staff, students, or other interested parties. These presentations shed light on the challenges faced by professionals dealing with burnout, stress, anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and mental health issues, emphasizing WPAP’s role in supporting their personal and professional recovery journeys.

Community Engagement & Outreach

WPAP actively participates in association conferences, health fairs, and various exhibitor opportunities, maintaining a visible presence to reach a broader audience.
